I was looking at Marathon on Google Earth, this is one isolated town, looks to be a very beautiful part of the country.

This from our getaway place in the desert of southwest Texas - Marathon. I guess it is one of the reasons I feel such a connection for AU and NZ.

Hi Barry, i really do like this photograph, it really does remind me of the outback in Australia, where was this taken? It brought back some good memories for me.
