- Tell us something about yourself......
- Professional painter and art teacher. Born and raised in northern Indiana, attended Indiana University. Moved to Memphis, TN in 1971 and began teaching with MCS. Earned a Master of Fine Arts in Painting from the University of Memphis (then Memphis State University).
Still teaching art to high school students after 36 years. Painting most the time; exhibiting work in local venues. Currently seeking gallery representation.
- What would you like to happen in the art world?
- I would like to see artists help make this a better world for all living things. Art and artists can draw attention to world hunger, AIDS, children, the aged, poverty, animals, and the environment.
