I love waking each morning of the week and not pulling on my begrudging work shoes but whippersnappering on my teaching boots ( new ones at that of which I am highly addicted to and quite possibly might wear them to bed) and not working a day in my life! what more could one ask for on a day like today? Tis a sunday funday eat lamb chops for breakfast day, and the first sunday of term three with the bumble bee's...
One concern when on the fiveday teaching waka - I miss not leaping and endulging in beaut coffee with my sisters of the Aotearoa - i left my Mrs Nina Tizard to sleep last night while i put on my aborigine colours and taste tested liquors from blenheim and a mulled wine concetrate of which the lady swore was made from 100% natural products yet i spied the preservative numbers!! what is this world coming to - when fibs need to be told to make a sale? Do remind me to never ever take that path..
On my waka this week, i fought for the environment - stopping friends in their track of using 2ltr milk containers to light their fire (omits carcengenics and toxic poisons/gases into the world), and teaching master matai that its best to put the plastic bags in the recycle bins rather than the rubbish... maybe we could create a page within where it is recorded how we fight/save the environment/atmosphere etc? .. next week - must stop smoking blimming cigarettes....
aroha and tootoot xo.
