I loved being stuck up to my knees in mud, pulling wood out of the Whanganui awa today! Balancing on the logs with the anticipation that quite possibly the chainsaw could flip up and chop my head off - Bizarrely enough the Aries told me today that what I think about will more than likely come about.. I still have my head strapped firmly on....
These days of holiday have been rather beautiful yet flew by sooo fast! I have leapt on Taranaki te maunga, laughed with Prince Caspian, cooked up a storm with my niece, snuffled up wee pepi, introduced my dog Josy to the wide world of deer, painted up a storm, dressed as my favourite Aotearoa musician and celebrated d brother's birthday, had a great affair with my gas heater (soo instant), shared the most intense music and survival of the fittest skills with my Mussa cat, supervised woodchopping in Paakaraka surrounded by great manu and beautiful sisters, and rolled in the mud of the awa - what more could one ask for on a day like today? A glacier cave slide in Alaska maybe?
